Okay...before I do this whole preview in memes...which would be an interesting challenge, and one I may have to attempt some time...here is this week's synopsis!
“Our Little World”
METRATRON RETURNS — Castiel (Misha Collins) seeks out Metatron’s (guest star Curtis Armstrong) help to stop the Darkness. However, Metatron is pretty happy with his new life as a freelance videographer for the local news and isn’t inclined to help the Winchesters (Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles) or Castiel. Meanwhile, Crowley (Mark Sheppard) is losing his hold on Amara. John Showalter directed the episode written by Robert Berens (#1106). Original airdate 11/11/2015.
IS THIS THE FIRST SYNOPSIS THAT HAS EVER FAILED TO TELL US WHAT THE WINCHESTERS ARE ACTUALLY GOING TO BE DOING? *slaps synopsis about the chops*
This episode sounds chockers. EVERYBODY IS IN IT!
Of course we know Sam and Dean are going to try and confront Amara...and by confront I mean kill and by kill I mean not be able to kill. So I guess the Sam and Dean and Amara and Crowley stories are going to intersect. Then Cas is going to be off beating up Metatron (who so deserves it)...and getting his hands on this...
Nice work Cas! *slow clap in appreciation* Looks like Cas gets his hands on the Demon tablet! But will it help? WELL THAT WOULD BE TOO EASY! WE KNOW YOU, SHOW!
Okay...here are the CW and CHCH promos...which are same same but different.
Two things... who is the God we're sparing the rod on? Amara isn't a God...at least that's not what we've been told...and no one else is a God in this scenario...so yeah... just because it rhymes doesn't mean you put it in the promo. Semantics? Maybe... but come on, we're sticklers for that kind of thing!
I have to admit the line about The Darkness the band made me guffaw. Someone had to say it! Trust it to be Metatron. Smart arse.
Let's look at the sneak peek which this week (that rhyme was okay because it was accidental), was hosted by ET (not the little alien dude).

There’s this odd hold that the Darkness has over him and he doesn’t know A) What is it; B) How to deal with it; and C) Whether it’s going to get worse or better.”

So another full on mythology episode with our entire regular cast! Awesomeness! I've been enjoying how the big picture arc has been playing out each week a hell of a lot. 6 episodes in and we're yet to have a completely mythology free episode! That's so cool!
"For now." How long do you think it's going to be before The Darkness kicks Crowley to the curb? I'd say as soon as she's not a teen...or possibly before! If the whack to the back of the head in the CW promo is anything to go by. I'm looking forward to Amara being the grow'd up Amara Dean met in the smog at the beginning of the season. I'm looking forward to finding out her game plan. I just hope Dean's not involved. HE'S BE THROUGH ENOUGH, SHOW! WE ALL HAVE! Geesh.
